This add-on supports special processes in the MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATION.
Contrary to the conventional determination of conformity in the form of checklists, the Cluster and Clause Administration can be used to combine checklist items from a standard in order to conduct an audit in the form of an interview.
This add-on works very well with the feature Create Audit Plan included in the Audit Work Order. The clusters of a standard to be audited can be defined on the audit plan and an agenda can be created based on that.
With the Stage 1 functionality, the results as well as the detected findings of this first phase can be documented and made available to auditors who perform the associated Stage 2 audit.
