Exporting and Reporting

Information

There are three ways of Exporting and Reporting within Intact Spark:

  • Excel Export

  • Automated Document Creation

  • Grid Export (.csv)

The first two must be defined with Intact. The grid export exports the information that is on the grid.  


Excel Exports

  • Configured by Intact
  • Possible to only extract the information that is needed
  • Not implemented for all grids
  • Possible locations
    • Entity Search
    • Findings
  • The following Excel exports are provided by Intact per default
    • Entity, Audit & Certification Data
    • Audit Project Data
    • Findings Data
    • Audited Sites
    • Company - Product Codes

Automated Document Creation

  • Configured by Intact
  • Reports are coming as PDF 
  • Not implemented for all occasions 
  • Possible locations
    • Audit Order Workflow
    • Certificate
  • The following automated document creation are already set up and provided by Intact 
    • Audit Report
    • Certificate

Grid Exports

  • Available on every grid within Intact Spark
  • Cannot be adapted, export the grid as is
