How to Manage Accepted Audit Orders (In Progress)

From here the following actions are possible:

OpenIf you click on an audit order in this workflow step, the order opens and can be processed

Decline

If you decline an audit order, it is transferred to the Declined tab within the Audit portal

Make Available OfflineAudit orders which are online available can be made offline available
Make Available OnlineAudit orders which are offline available can be made online available


  • An internet connection is required to execute these actions
  • Accepted audit orders can be declined as long as these audit orders are available online

A pop-up message for unannounced audits appears when such an audit order is opened for the first time. The message also appears when opening an audit order after logging out of Intact Mobile once and logging back in.
