PLANNING - Start

With the PLANNING MODULE you can plan your audit period in advance and make sure the qualifications of your internal or external staff are adequate for the requirements of the work order to be planned.

Thanks to its integrated qualification checks, the application automatically establishes which staff has the qualification necessary to test, inspect or audit the respective entity or which staff is available in a specific time period.

Audit Projects can be used to combine, manage and process tests, inspections, audits, and other related activities within a project.

The Audit Assignment tool is the central point in the application with which planning is carried out on the one hand and the status of individual work orders can be checked on the other.

From here it is also possible to manage (assign, withdraw or reassign,...) work orders in the workflow.

With a Google Maps integration, marked work orders can also be located on a map.
