How to Qualify Users for Specific Services

The following criteria are considered in an auditor's qualification check:
- Services of an audit order
- Product group of an auditee's products

Column Type Description Select Column Shows whether a service has been added or taken away Comment Column Shows changes in the Comment field of one service Changed by Column Name of the user who changed the qualification of the auditor Changed on (Date) Column Date when the qualification of the auditor has been changed Changed on (Time) Column Time when the qualification of the auditor has been changed Created by Column Name of the user who created the qualification of the auditor Created on (Date) Column Date when the qualification of the auditor has been created Created on (Time Column Time when the qualification of the auditor has been created
Auditors need to be associated with a certain service in order to assign them to audit orders. You can do that either on the Functions & Qualifications tab, as described above, or in the Services settings.
