How to Edit Feedback Items (Reviewer)
Ξ WORKFLOW
Ξ MESSENGER
The messenger container is by default divided into five sections:
- Checklist - Single checklist tem
- Checklist - General
- Findings - Single finding
- Findings - General
- Service Specific Data - General
This division allows us to see all the created feedback items in the messenger grouped by the respective workflow section. In addition to that, users can filter the feedback items via a slider.
Further Views
- No feedback items available: as long as there are no feedback items available, the feedback messenger will display an empty form, giving the user information and guidance about what happened and what can be done at the moment. Within this view, there is also no switch slider to show all completed/deleted feedback items available.
- No open feedback items available: if there are feedback items within the Show all functionality, a different view is shown for the user. This is the case if no open feedback items are available. The feedback messenger will display to the user information and guidance about what happened and what can be done at the moment. In addition to that, a button is also enabled which allows triggering the Show all toggle switch button.
Popup functionality
- Clicking on the popup button (described in the 'notification icon' section below) will remove the overview on the page and opens a new browser with only the messenger
- Only one window can be opened per user logged in on your device. If you try to open another one you will see a message telling you exactly that
- If there is sufficient space on the window you will see both the feedback overview and the detail of one thread next to each other
- When navigating out of the audit order or closing the browser, the popup will be closed automatically for you unless you have unsent feedback
