Attention, this is the published version. You can find the working version in the working space.

How to Review Findings in Checklists

Changing the checklist answer will not remove previously created findings by default. This behavior can be changed in the guideline designer. See How to Define Advanced Settings of a Checklist

Some attributes of a finding or corrective action can be specified in the checklist designer to set them automatically:

  • Predefined findings
  • Predefined corrective actions
  • Finding model and Finding level
  • Deadlines
  • Responsible

See How to Predefine Findings per Checklist Item and How to Predefine Corrective Actions per Finding for detailed information.

When using the Web view ‘Combined view for corrective actions with common findings (advanced view - incl. details for reviewers)’ for checklists, the users working in audit mode can neither see the finding and corrective action details nor select a finding. In review mode, on the other hand, findings can be selected and all details about them are displayed. See How to Define Different Web Views for Checklists
