The AUDIT MODULE supports all processes from the acceptance of a work order by testers, inspectors or auditors to the preparation, processing and completion of work orders by this user group. The work of your internal or external staff is optimally supported by the provision of all necessary information and data in the respective work order, which avoids the use of multiple systems and interfaces. The preparation of tests, inspections or audits is supported by the Task Management, which can be used, for example, to coordinate appointments with auditees and to create audit plans. The processing of tests, inspections or audits is massively simplified by using intelligent checklists and by the automated generation of various reports. The functionalities provided in the work order also enable internal and external staff to prepare and conduct a closing meeting both quickly and professionally. The entirely transparent and flexible workflow of the application facilitates the handling of internal processes and enables authorized employees to keep continuously track of the status of work orders.
