Manage Files
Before and during an audit, several documents or photos can be created that are relevant to the audit order.
In the Audit Order section of the Files Overview, all files that have been created or uploaded for the respective audit order are displayed.
The area where the file was uploaded determines the file type, which is also used to group the files in the hierarchical view. Files can be added on the following levels. At the level of the finding, files can be uploaded in a more differentiated manner:
- Audit order
- Checklist item
- Finding
- Findings
- Findings - Findings Documents
- Findings -Performance methode
- Findings - Root cause analysis
- Findings - Extended analysis
- Findings - Evidence of implementation
- Findings - Corrective action
- Findings - Description Corrective action
Reports, which are generated directly in the audit order on the basis of report templates, also appear in this overview.
In addition, the auditor can be provided with the auditee's files in the Entity section of the Files Overview area, taking into account the data permissions defined in the Intact Platform or the settings in the Administration Audit order files form.
The following actions are possible:
- Search for files
- Display linked files of the auditee
- Display any files attached to the audit order
- Add new files
- Remove files
- Make files available offline
- Share files
- Send files
