Data can be collected for different topics. The selected type triggers the location of the new form in the Intact Platform:
- Crop: the new form is automatically available on crop view level to collect crop specific data of one auditee
- Feedback form: collect data per feedback form in the auditee portal
- Livestock: the new form is automatically available on livestock level to collect livestock specific data of one auditee
