Ξ Define the Type of the Custom Fields Set

When creating a new dataset you have to define the type, i.e. for which area this dataset should be available later.

Data can be collected for different topics. The selected type triggers the location of the new form in the Intact Platform:

  • Crop: the new form is automatically available on crop view level to collect crop specific data of one auditee
  • Feedback form: collect data per feedback form in the auditee portal
  • Livestock: the new form is automatically available on livestock level to collect livestock specific data of one auditee
  • Product: the new form can be assigned to different processes or products in product master data to collect process or product specific data of one auditee
  • Service: the new form can be assigned to different services in the service administration to collect service specific data of one auditee
  • Site: the new form is automatically available on site level to collect site specific data of one auditee

Ξ Define the Custom Fields Set

The forms can now be built in this area in which numerous different objects are available for use.
