FROM SEARCH & TRACK
From the Search & Track applications it is possible to download only for the Suppliers that have granted to a User the access to Tier 2 data, the Audit Package Download which contains all the documentation associated with an audit.
It is possible to download all files which are attached to the audit order or select specific files to download.
There are two types of content in the download:
- PDF of the data typed in by the CB, Supplier Representative, Auditor (= Full Audit Information)
- Attachments
All attachments will be added to the package in their original format
FROM MANAGE AUDITS
From the Manage & Audits applications it is possible to download the Audit Package Download which contains all the documentation associated with an audit order.
A user which has access to the audit order can download all files which are attached to the audit order or select specific files to download.
There are two types of content in the download:
- PDF of the data typed in by the CB, Supplier Representative, Auditor (= Full Audit Information)
- All attachments will be added to the package in their original format
