Audit Package Download

FROM SEARCH & TRACK
From the Search & Track menu it is possible to download the Audit Package which contains all of the documentation associated with an audit order.
- This applies only to the Suppliers that have granted a User access to Level 2 data.
It is possible to download all files which are attached to the audit order, or select specific files to download.
There are two types of content in the download:
- PDF of the data typed in by the CB, Supplier Representative, Auditor (= Full Audit Information)
- Attachments
- All attachments will be added to the package in their original format
FROM MANAGE & AUDITS
From the Manage & Audits menu it is possible to download the Audit Package which contains all the documentation associated with an audit order.
A user who has access to the audit order can download all files which are attached to the audit order or select specific files to download.
There are two types of content in the download:
- PDF of the data typed in by the CB, Supplier Representative, Auditor (= Full Audit Information)
- All attachments will be added to the package in their original format
