Visual Indications in the Checklist
Visual Indications are used to get the most important information about the individual checklist items already in the checklist items overview.
The name of the checklist item, the answer, and the type of criteria are displayed in addition to the name of the checklist item in order to have a quick overview of, for example, critical answers in the checklist.
Ξ Visual Indicators for Answers (Audit Results)
A standard set of visual answer indicators and colors is preset already. You can find the according list below.
Answer | Short name | Image | Image name | Colour |
open | open | --- | --- | --- |
yes | yes | check_circle | green
no | no | close_circle | red | |
not relevant | n/a | cancel | grey
not inspected | not audited | lock | grey |
It is possible to customize the colors and icons shown per checklist item. Please contact your INTACT support agent for configuration.
Ξ Visual Indicators for Criteria Types
Depending on the configuration, certain criteria types can be color-coded to highlight critical checklist items in the list. It is possible to specify one font color per criteria type, which can be configured by administrators.
Ξ Checklist Items With Historical Findings
Checklist items with historical findings are marked with a clock symbol. Completed tasks are displayed as blue icons and open tasks are displayed as red icons.
