Audit Modification

User: CB Entry Admin, Oversight Chair

Path: Manage Audits → Main Menu →  Portal: Manage Audits

  1. Click on "Manage & Audit".



  1. Select Main Menu → Manage Audits
  2. Here an overview of audits from the CB is shown. Default filter options are available, and each user can create their own filters.
  3. The column "Order Status" shows the current workflow step of the audit order.
  4. Selecting an audit (Checkbox) will allow you to manage the audit with new buttons on the top right of the grid.
  5. A click on the icon "Change Workflow Step" (2 boxes) will allow you to change the status/workflow step of the order.
  6. A click on the icon "Add Audit Times" (clock icon) will allow you to edit the audit times.
  7. A click on the icon "Delete order" (trash bin) will completely delete all the entered audit details for the select audit orders.



  1. Select the Publish filter option.
  2. Highlight the order which should be modified.
  3. Click on the icon "Change workflow step".



  1. Select the workflow step in the "Change action to dropdown".
  2. Click on "Save and Close" to change the workflow step of the selected auditor orders.

    The audit order reopens and can be modified.

WARNING: Once the audit is created, the Audit Type cannot be changed. Discovering the audit type was incorrect after creation will result in the audit needing to be fully re-entered and the wrong one deleted or the audit may be fully withdrawn and modified.

Audits may not have a stage one or special element added after the fact as these elements impact subsequent steps and options.
