Manage Audit Projects

Use the feature Audit projects to process and display audit data or audit-related data of an auditee as a project.

To find find audit projects in Intact Web, follow one of the paths:

Entity search > Entity (auditee) > Audit projects, where you get an overview of audit projects created for one auditee
Main menu > Audit projects, where you find all audit projects of all auditees.

With this feature you can

create audit projects,
edit the main data of your project
link different audit projects to each other to show dependencies,
add files
structure the project workflow with the support of the Milestones, Tasks, and Status management,
manage the findings which are identified during an audit,
manage the audit orders that are to be handled,
manage the correspondence related to your project, be it emails, mails, or phone calls.

Audit projects can only be created for entities with the classification Auditee or Auditee (Farmer).

Permission	Description
Audit projects (Entity) - editing	Gives permissions to edit all audit projects of an entity and create new audit projects
Audit projects (Entity) - reading	Gives permissions to see and read all audit projects of an entity
Audit projects (global) - editing	Gives permissions to see all audit projects and edit details as well as create new audit projects
Audit projects (global) - reading	Gives permissions to see and read all certification applications
