How to Review Files of an Entity
In this area, all files of an auditee are displayed. Note that certain data permissions determine which user is allowed to see which types of files. See How to Predefine Data Permissions
Access permission/Access mode Icon Shows if user has permission to open the selected file Comment Text Comment on the selected file Date Label Date when the file is uploaded or created. The date is set automatically but can be changed Download Button Download the selected file(s) File type Label Name of the assigned file type of the selected file. See How to Predefine File Types x x Generated by Label User who has generated the selected file Preset: Yes: file was changed only on local PC No: no local changes Preset: Yes: file uploaded or generated during an offline audit No: file not uploaded or generated during an offline audit Select Checkbox Select all files to be edited, deleted, or downloaded Status of file Icon Shows the status of the selected file Subject Text Subject of the selected file x -Column / Field Type Description Workflow Web Workflow Offline - x x - Content type Label Filename extension, such as png, doc, pdf - x x - Date of change Date Date of latest change - x Display at entities Label Shows entity (auditee) where file is displayed - x File Manager form Label Predefined file type. - No matter in which area files have been generated or uploaded to an entity (finding, checklist item, audit order, audit project, entity,...), they will be listed on this form
