CRM - Start
The CRM MODULE is the basis for all further modules and enables a clean and efficient recording of organizations, companies, sites, persons or other entities and their relationship to each other. The input of data is simplified by numerous templates. For example, the entry of address data can be greatly facilitated by a comprehensive country or title management, which guarantees clean data across the entire database. This module also includes a file management, with which individual files can be uploaded or generated and linked to different objects in the application. A data permission management allows to provide different types of files to users who are allowed to read or edit them. In addition to the ability to export data from tables, this module also provides the possibility to define export templates as .XLS tables and with different output parameters to speed up the regular creation of reports. Numerous query and analyzes options support the fast retrieval of information in the application.
