CRYSTAL REPORTS is used to create automated reports as .pdf.
With this tool, information from databases can be retrieved, processed and displayed in the form of graphs and tables.
The automated generation of reports with Crystal Reports has the advantage that reports such as audit or finding reports, quotations, invoices, certificates or other relevant reports or documents are generated in a standardized form, errors in writing can be avoided and the time for creating reports can be significantly reduced.
The procedures required for these reports, as well as the report templates, are provided by the INTACT Operations Team on request. A basic set of procedures and reports is delivered with the standard configuration.
