How to Display Memos

Depending on the system category, memos are provided in different areas of the Intact Platform. Please compare the description and impact of the different categories on this page.
Memo categories that trigger the display of memos in the Intact Platform are marked as System in the Management of listfields.

The following System categories are available. Learn what each category does:

Note:
- In the Client app the number of active and inactive memos is displayed per default
- In the Web app the number of active memos is displayed per default. Inactive memos can be displayed in the detail form by setting the appropriate filter
- In the Offline app the number of active memos is displayed per default. Inactive memos are not provided
