Record Working Time

The Record Working Time feature allows you to record the working time per work order, work package and activity. It is possible to record the working time either for a specific period or simply enter the number of hours worked.

Work time orders and the associated work packages and activities can be defined via the administration area and released for authorized users. 

The following functionalities are provided with this feature:

  • Users can record, view, and edit working time in the web application
  • Users can search for existing working time orders and their work packages and activities for which they are authorized
  • Users can record their time or the duration of their work
  • Users can add expenses to working time
  • Users can generate, download and print reports of their tracked time
